The Great Punkin' Patch
My favorite thing about Fall is the Pumpkin Patches. I loved them as a child and I sure do love them now! They never seem to disappoint and here in PA is no exception!
We heard about this little Ma and Pa place called "The Great Punkin' Patch" from one of Tanner's classmates. It was so quaint and country-ish! We had a blast tromping through the mud!
There was a little playground with a homemade see saw and tire swings.
It rained on and off and by the end of the afternoon we were lucky to see this beautiful rainbow!
Pony ride! Parker is always a little hesitant on horses. It was ironic to see that here in the boonies of PA they required a helmet to ride this tiny pony when in CA and UT they don't!
Gotta love the Cow-train!
The petting zoo was so cute! They had a mini cow (bet you haven't seen one of those!) and quail and bunnies and goats.
We took a little hay ride through the country side

By far the coolest thing was this potato cannon. Or potato "canyon" as Parker called it. We each got to shoot 3 taters at this big target! Cool!
City boy got his nice shoes all muddy! :-(
Ooooooo, SPOOKY!
That night we made home made pizzas and watched a movie. Perfect.
Fall here in PA has been so beautiful! I'm so glad we can live here and experience it!
