Oh, and I did another 5k!
Notice I say that I DID another 5k...
My brother, Jon, and his wife Laura asked my sister, Josi, and me if we wanted to do a 5k with them for Pioneer Day and we thought that sounded like fun! But when we got there we all realized that you were not allowed to push a stroller on the running course, only the walking course. So Jon and Laura asked us if we would push the baby. Sure, why not! Laura is a world renown athlete and my brother was trying to beat her. They both finished in 20 minutes but my brother was 8 seconds behind Laura. Laura finished 1st for her age group for women and 1st for women overall and my brother finished first for men in his age group. Josi and I still had a way fun time and enjoyed our fast-paced-walk/5k! :-)
