This Week..
Yesterday Tanner and I wanted to give Parker a super special day of extraordinary fun! He will be 2 next week and we're not planning on having a big party for him so we thought it would be sweet to spend the whole day with him doing the things that he loves to do! I know he'll never remember the awesome day we had but we'll be able to tell him about it when he's older. :-)
So,
We took him swimming! (This was mid morning but these are pictures from Tanner's camera and so they uploaded this way...)
We had fun going down the water slide
Parker has a tan line! Little Coppertone baby!
Everything is more fun with Daddy!

Learning how to swim to Mamma
I think he might be happy! "Cheese!"
"Jump!"

Ok, so this was earlier this week when things weren't going too well for Parker... I heard him crying in his room and this is how I found him. Never a dull moment!
This was Saturday morning- Parker's big day. Tanner stopped into Honey Baked Hams and got us breakfast burritos. Parker and I were a little bored waiting...
Parker took this lovely picture of me. :-)
Then we got doughnuts and had breakfast on the beach. It was early so there were not too many people on the beach but by the time we left, man, it was starting to get packed!

We went to Chuck E. Cheese and used up all of the old tokens we have been holding onto for almost a year. We won 38 tickets and got some stickers!
I think Tanner had a good time too...
I tried for a family picture...
Shout out to the Manning Fam! :-)
Parker didn't know what to think about Barney...
We took him to Target and got him a new movie and Tanner picked out some airplanes for him and I got him a fire engine that we'll wrap up and give to him for his birthday. We got Wendy's for lunch (Parker LOVES french fries) and we ended the day swimming over at London's house!
This week Parker decided he wanted to learn how to swim. He took off his safety flotation device and said, "See ya!" I am so proud of my little Micheal Phelps. He's learning more and more every time we go swimming- which is practically everyday! Thanks to all of our friends and neighbors who have been so generous and let us crash their pools! :-)
