The 5th of July!
The 5th of July we woke up Parker nice and early (like 7:30am) and we all got into the car in our pajamas and went to go see the Hot Air Balloons! (or hot HAIR balloons if you are Parker) I remember, when I was super young, waking up early at my Grandma's house in Provo on the 4th of July and seeing all the balloons up in the sky. Such a magical sight to see when you're a child. We all quite enjoyed it!!!!

After the balloons we got some breakfast and then headed down town to watch the parade! We met my brother and Laura and lil Kim down there and we had a blast!!! Kimmie is so cute how she would dance whenever a marching band would go by! I just love that girl!!!
Ummmm ya, so shower. No make up. Not even real clothes... just PJs! Sorry for my look of disaster... focus on the other cute people in the picture- My brother and his family. Oh! And Parker :-)
After the parade we took a little breather and put Parker down for a much needed nap and then headed to Dr. Mitchell's house for a pool party! The party planning committee (me) at my office decided it would be fun to have a summer BBQ/pool party! :-) Most everyone came and it was a total blast! Parker has been weird about swimming the first couple times we've taken him this summer but after he was strapped into this super cool life jacket (thank you Lexi!) he was all about the pool!

In the beginning it sounded like we were torturing poor Parker when we were trying to get him to swim with us in the pool. Dani was his little life saver and cuddled with him while he ate his cupcake. :-)
I LOVE my job and the people I work with make going to work as fun as going to hang out with a bunch of friends. It's the BEST!!!! Go Utah Valley Heart Lung and Vein Surgical Associates! :-)
