Kassidy's Jr. Miss
Sadly, we were only in California for less than 24 hours.
Tanner's little sister, Kassidy, was competing in her school's Jr. Miss competition and we really wanted to be there to support her.
We hopped a plane and were on our way back to Utah first thing the next morning!

We were all a little zoned out but at least we could relax and watch Saturday morning cartoons on JetBlue!

We met Nicole and the girls in Utah and drove all together up to Idaho! The kids did fantastic on the drive. They slept and watched movies which was soooo nice! It gave Nicole and me some much needed girl talk and sisterly bonding time!
(Tanner was, of course, studying while we drove)

Parker and Kaydence with the beautiful Kassidy!

Grandpa and all his little grandies. :-)

I got to sit by my super cool brother in law, Travis at the Jr. Miss competition. I pretty much got a major good ab work out from laughing with him! He's seriously the most awesome guy ever!

Kaitlin, Nicole, and Travis- Kassidy's cheering section! :-)
(We were really loud)

Tanner was busy taking yet more pictures. :-)
Kassidy was a fierce competitor and won 2nd runner up! She also won awards for her talent, dance. She won more awards, too, but there were so many I couldn't keep track!

Ummmm, he's the man.

Tanner loved bugging his little sisters the next day after church.

So did Travis.

Kassidy could get lost in all the flowers she received!

All Tanner wants to do when he goes home is eat and sleep! So I take it upon myself to bug him.

I wished I could have spent more time with my father in law! I love that guy sooo much!!!!

Me and my amazing mother in law! She really has been stressed about this whole Jr. Miss thing but all that worrying paid off! Kassidy did great! And to top it all off, Kim made us all a delicious meal! You're awesome, Kim!
After dinner, we all piled back into Nicole's van and it was back to Utah for us!
Whew! 3 states in 3 days! 2 flights, 1 Jr. Miss, and 1 wedding! But the memories....
Priceless. :-)
