Utah: Good Times Had By All

Utah!!!! Oh how we've missed you!!! I couldn't WAIT to see my work peeps again! I love these guys so much! Kenna is seriously my favorite person- we laughed everyday we worked together. I was so blessed to have such an amazing job working with such stellar people in Utah. Words can't express how fond I am of these guys!

We dropped Parker off at his old school to see all his good buddies who he'd been missing so much! We were able to grab some lunch with the boys and get some much needed advice!

Reunited and it feels so good!

We stayed up in Sundance at the Cottage and it was soooooo nice. Parker enjoyed warming up in the sauna.

The Christensen's invited us over for dinner after church on Sunday. They are truly world's greatest people and we really enjoyed spending time with them and talking. My Mom has a pretty awesome best friend!

Parker and Tanner had a blast playing together (so much, in fact, that he wouldn't pose for this picture...)

And we celebrated Sari and Dan's birthdays!

After dinner that night we went over to Angeluis' house and stayed up WAY too late talking and laughing! But we can't get enough of our BFFs!!!! And who could resist this cute kid?

We hung out with them on Monday night, too, and had dinner, watched the Bachelor, and played the Dating Game which was soooooo fun! The boys watched a movie on the computer and played so well together. Kailo was so funny following Parker and mimicking him. That kid just melts my heart!

We met Liz for lunch one day at... Da da DAAAAA! Costco! (I told you we were poor- $1 hot dogs is pretty much up our ally) Parker was flirting the heck out of Liz. She's pretty irresistible though, to be honest. Sorry Parker, Liz has met a wonderful man and is planning a summer wedding!

Really Parker? We need to work on not looking like a creeper....

The best part about the Cottage is the beautiful fire place. Tanner stoked a pretty nice, cozy fire and we all enjoyed relaxing and reading next to it.

The cottage is so beautiful. Bright blue sky with sun kissed sparkling frosty trees!

And a weekend in Sundance would not be complete without some sledding! Pete and Josh had created a little run right there in the front yard which the boys had tons of fun sliding down!

As much fun as we had in Utah it was good to drive back down south to warmer weather. But Utah, we miss you and we'll see you this summer!
