Christmas time is here!

This week has been filled with all things Christmasy! Wednesday we met Nicole and the girls at Gardner Village for a little Christmas cheer!

Before they arrived Parker and I headed into the bakery. He chose a yummy cookie and some milk (and of course, some cheetos...) and I got a hot chocolate. It was sooooo good! A nice way to start off our date. :-)

When the girls showed up we tried to get a cute picture of Kim's 3 grandkids.... emphasis on the TRIED.

Parker was having a blast with his cousins!

There were elves all over the place at Gardner Village. It was so fun!

Me and my little man.

Parker wasn't too into giving me a hug for a picture so Kaydence came over and helped out. :-)

By the end of the evening it was COLD and the kids were over it- but I had to snap one last picture of Nicole and my little nieces!

Thursday night we got a babysitter and went to Tanner's work party. It was at the Provo Library and very classy. Good food, funny entertainment, and it was the BEST getting to spend a few hours with my husband whom I rarely see due to finals... :-( But Tanner got some Christmas cash and some swag which was super cool!

Friday, Parker got a hair cut!

BEFORE

AFTER! Such a stud muffin!

That night, Tanner and I had Angeluis watch Parker for us so Tanner and I could go see the Forgotten Carols. I'd never seen it, nor heard any of the music and I was pleasantly surprised! It was really good and it really put me into the Christmas spirit! Tanner had seen it in high school and so it brought back many fond memories for him.

We tried to give Angeluis some cash for watching Parker for us and they declined. I said, "Well, do you want to trade or something? You watch my kids and I'll watch yours?" and they both looked at each other and said, "Well.... ya! We're pregnant!" I was thrilled! The next day I got to scan my best friend's first, perfect little baby! They were both amazed at how a little 2 inch long baby could wave, suck it's thumb, kick it's legs, and just be overall adorable! It was the neatest experience I've ever had with my BFF of over 15 years. I can't wait to scan her belly again soon!!!!!

Saturday Parker and I baked and baked and baked! We made gingerbread cookies, and sugar cookies, and rice crispy treats, and fudge!

That night we went to Dr. McCann's house for another work Christmas party. It was so fun! And I loved seeing my docs interact with their cute kids and sweet families. It was a wonderful night. And what heart surgeon do you know that can play "Piano Man" by heart???? He's amazing in more ways than one!

Mark's girlfriend was sweet and snapped this picture of the three of us. I think she did a good job! :-)

Sunday was a nice day at church followed by a relaxing afternoon at home. Tanner hung some Christmas lights on our house and I talked to my mom. :-) That night we headed to Temple Square to check out the lights. On our way we called Travis and Nicole to see if they were interested in meeting us there and they WERE!!!! It was fun hanging out with family at the temple!

Parker fell asleep on the way up to Salt Lake....

But when he saw his cousins and Auntie and Uncle he was all smiles! He held Kaydence's hand which I thought was so adorable.

Our little family. :-)

He loves me.

Sisters!

They love each other. :-)

We had a great week. So many happy memories were made!!!!! :-) Merry Christmas!
