Ice Skating

Last week for Mutual the young men and young women went ice skating. I haven't been ice skating since Jr. High and have a very keen recollection of..... not doing too well.

I DO, though, remember I went with my 8th grade drama class and a bunch a kids asked the DJ to play "My Heart Will Go On" and my crush made me go to the center of the ring with him so we could "ice dance" together. Awwww, young love.

I completely disappointed my girls by not ice skating with them. BUT I DID strap them on and TRY. Parker was all excited about skating and luckily Tanner met us over at the rink after school and took him around a few times since I'm a total lame-o.

The kids were really sweet and took Parker out on the ice for me. :-)

I'm REALLY not good at snow sports...
