1st Visit to STAR WARS LAND!!!!!!

Tuesday, the day after Labor Day, I was talking to my mom when she mentioned they were going to the temple for Ward Temple Night to do sealings. I told her I had a bunch of names and then invited myself along! It was the highlight of my week. I was the "daughter" being sealed to my parents and it was beautiful. I loved being in the temple with not only my parents, but a bunch of dear old friends from Laguna Hills. Janie Hick was in the session and told me Jana, who has had multiple miscarriages and is desperate for a baby and just recently moved to Germany, is pregnant with identical twins!!!!! Im not trying to convince Tanner that we need to travel to Germany next Spring.... Doug Easton took the group out to dinner to an amazing Mexican place across the street and it was so good! It was a great night!
The next night I went to my Mom's book club where Janet Steele gave a little presentation on her experienced teaching in China for the past 3 years. Thursday night I had Relief Society. Needless to say, Tanner was feeling neglected. He got me flowers, took special time to talk to me, went to work late and came home early to spend time with me.. and yet I was always just out of reach. We need another vacation! ha ha
But the highlight of Parker's week was:Star Wars Land!
We ditched school and headed to Disneyland early one morning and I gave Parker a watch and told him to meet me at Hungry Bear in 2 hours. Off he ran to Galaxies Edge while I took the littles around an empty Fantasy Land! It was seriously the best day! We did so many rides (Parker rode the Millennium Falcon 5 times) and truly enjoyed the day with no crowds. Anything we wanted to do, we did. We got treats and had so much fun! We shared a "Blue Milk" which was delicious. Parker tried to recreate it but it wasn't the same. It was one of the best days at Disneyland we've ever had. I sure do love taking my kids to the Happiest Place on Earth!!!

The sunsets lately have been sooo pretty! The horizon changes into the most beautiful shades of pink and purple!

Look how happy they are!!!!
