Back Down to SoCal
Most of Tanner's job possibilities are in Southern California and pretty much all of the company headquarters. So it was back down to SoCal for us! Tanner had 8 interviews lined up and the calls just keep coming! Our timing for going to Laguna was perfect because my parents spoke in church on Sunday! I didn't want to miss hearing their words from the pulpit and Jon, Cami, and Kari were able to come to church too. I love church. I love hearing my parents' sermons, and I love spending time with my family!
This girl is such a good little traveler- for about 7 hours. The last hour of the drive is always the hardest. She is sooooo over it at that point.
Church was awesome and the kids did great. They loved seeing each other and coloring on the floor. They did so great staying relatively quiet under the circumstances. They hadn't all been together in a long time and were excited to play!
Rayleigh and Brody have a special little bond. They are so cute together.
Kari, Me, Cami, and Jon
Tavian and Parker. They can't get enough of each other.
One of the best things about staying with my parents is the morning walks to the park. Parker took Rayleigh down the slide for the first time and since there was dew on it they ZOOOMED down super fast and she face planted right into the sand. It was pretty funny and kinda sad.
We all know my Dad is a stud right? In his 70's doing 13 pull ups every single day. Yep. He's rad.
Slide attempt #2 on the smaller slide. She was not too into it...
Of course we had to squeeze in an afternoon at the beach. The water was so calm at the Montage. So calm, in fact, Parker couldn't even catch a wave! ha ha But we had fun. Who doesn't love the beach? We got ice cream cones from Thrifty's too. Yum!
Sugared donut baby!
I love this sweet girl's little beachy bum!
Fingers crossed that Tanner gets a job down here and we can stay FOREVER!!!!
