Rayleigh's First Day at Disneyland!
Have I mentioned how awesome my brother is? Well, he is. I told him how I wanted to take Rayleigh to Disneyland for her birthday and he offered to take us! How sweet is he?? He picked me up on Tuesday afternoon and off to Disney we went!
The baby fell asleep in the car and was actually pretty tired the whole rest of the day. But she did great. When we first got into the park she was all kinds of confused. Our first stop was It's A Small World and she could NOT figure out why we were just standing in line (boring) and it was HOT. Then we got on the boat and she had to sit still. Not her favorite. But then we entered the ride and she heard the music and saw all the people and was instantly enchanted. She clapped and smiled and was so happy!!! It truly melted my heart. My brother leaned forward and whispered in my ear, "Just soak up this magical moment." and I did. I have the best brother in the world.
We cruised all over Fantasy Land and Frontier Land. Jon was a good sport to put up with me. Rayleigh was enthralled with everything.
As you can probably see, Rayleigh was pretty tired all day but too interested in everything to doze off. Sweet girl.
We watched the parade on Main Street!
Sooooo sleepy. This was right at her bed time...
My pretty princess. My sleepy beauty!
She got a second wind there at the end! We scored a few more rides!
I love this picture of Jon. Such an awesome dad. This is Brody's favorite ride- he can't get enough!
Thank you, Jon, for the magical evening at Disneyland. Our dreams have come true because of you! Don't worry about Parker. He had fun at Chuck E Cheese with Tanner. Life's good for the Peterson's!
