SeaWorld with 65 of Our Bestest Friends

Erika set up a field trip to SeaWorld with tickets for $6.99 so how could we say no? 12 families from our ward and a few from the neighboring ward showed up bright and early (we all passed each other on the freeway during the 2 hour long drive down). We had the place to ourselves and it was amazing! The kids had such a good time, especially Parker who ran around with the big kids all day. I was reminded of how much Tanner loathes theme parks. He lit up like a Christmas tree when I told him it was time to go. He suggested we stop to eat at Islands on the way home which made him soooooo happy. We drove to the San Diego temple and showed the kids once again where we were married almost 16 years ago and were able to tell them a little bit more about the temple. Dinner was fantastic but when we were walking back out to the car, Jack dropped my phone and it shattered. He felt so badly! But it's ok- an easy fix. Of course we stopped by Handels on the way home for some ice cream and pretty much ended on a high note. I was glad Tanner could come with me but it probably would have been better if he'd just gone to work. ha ha Ohhhh well. We look happy in the pictures!
The best part of the day for me was when we were watching the dolphins and I started dancing and playing with them! The dolphins were totally into it! Rayleigh loved the tickle fish that nibbled on her fingers. Jack loved playing with friends and so did Parker!
Tanner loved when we left.

When the kids take pictures.... nice view of the grass huh?
