Parker's 1:1 Disney Date
Parker’s date was maybe my favorite. We ate dinner at the Jazz kitchen to validate which was a HUGE treat (since Tanner got paid). We chatted the entire time and he told me all about this beautiful instagram model he’s been talking to. She is homeschooled too and wants to meet up sometime! She’s from San Diego. Holy cow. Parker is stoked.
When we got to Disneyland, we did Hyper Space mountain and sat in the front for the best experience. So fun. He wanted to do Pirates and all the “chill” rides like Small World. I was loving all the vibes. Tanner texted us that his coworker is looking to sell her super nice mustang for LESS than what he was looking to buy Bridger’s car and he was soooooo thrilled! He was on cloud 9 and seriously so happy. We also had lots of texts from his teacher about next semester and it will probably be his last semester of high school. He’s applying to BYU right now and if all goes well, he’ll get in and the journey into adulthood will begin!
We stayed to watch the fire works which is kind of our “thing”. When he was 4, I held him cheek to cheek during the fireworks and created a core memory. And now, 12 years later, we still stand side by side enthralled with the fireworks and just love those moments together.
Parker is one in a billion. He’s my right hand man and I know we’ll be friends forever.
