Non Sabbath Sunday

On Sunday, we had Stake Conference which we tried to zoom but they didn't provide any link! Whoops! We also signed up to feed the missionaries but they bailed. Later, we went to the pizza place to celebrate with Jack's soccer team and the girls were so bored. I was going to just take them home but then I saw there was a nail salon next door so we sat down and got our nails painted to pass the time instead. The girls were THRILLED with getting their nails done for the very first time and it was a really sweet experience. BUT, 

we totally didn't go to church at all and then went to a pizza place for a soccer party and got our nails done. We weren't feeling so proud of ourselves. 

And it just goes to show that we feel a lot happier when we keep the commandments and keep the sabbath day holy.

Jack's little soccer team was so cute and I'm so happy that the kids have such nice friends!

They went to Jordan and Genevive's house and one of the mom's from Rayleigh's class snapped a cute picture of Rayleigh and her little friend, Alaina.

Moral of the story is: go to church!
