On Friday, I had already planned a beach day with my sisters (Jon is on a cruise to Hawaii) so it was perfect to have Jody and Billy join us! We had a snag when Jody couldn't find the keys to her car. It was super frustrating for them but all's well that ends well! They kept a good attitude! I took the little kids and they all fell asleep on the way down there- score!
The beach was amazing and Billy cooked us all burgers and hot dogs. They even bought 2 boogie boards and gave them to us at the end of the day! So generous! We pretty much had the beach to ourselves. My mom came down but didn't stay too long and little Rayleigh was feeling tired so she went home with my mom- which was so nice. We swam and explored, chatted and laughed. It was another great day with the most loving, happy, darling family. They really appreciate the magic of 3 Arch which meant so much to me!!!!!! My happy place!
