June 12: Newport Beach

Today I went to the temple with Mom and Dad. I don't know how I got so lucky. I feel so blessed to be able to attend the temple with my parents so often. It was a very sweet, special session. There were many familiar faces and the spirit was so strong. The best feeling in the world is feeling the comfort and peace of the holy ghost.

Dad took us out to eat at fashion island in newport beach. I am spoiled for sure. Thanks daddy! Jon watched Parker ALL day and took the kids swimming and ran them ragged! Parker was SO easy to put to bed tonight. Also, I realized it was nice to have a little break away from Parker. I've been with him non stop!  I've been used to leaving him everyday at school and I LOVE playing with him everyday but i had so much more patience with him tonight. Every now and then a little break is good to re charge your batteries. :-)

We went to the library tonight and got our book club book and a few books for Parker! He loved them and is starting to read quite a bit on his own! I've got my work cut out for me! :-)
